We collect only what we need to know you, serve you, and stay in touch. When you join the Womb, book a consultation, or purchase from the Studio, we may ask for your name and email. What you share in the Womb questionnaire and consultation notes stays between us.

When you first visit, we save a random identifier in your browser's local storage so we can recognize you on return visits. We also note how you found us — your referring page, landing page, and any UTM parameters — once, on your first visit. We do not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, or IP address collection, and we do not track you across devices.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles the transaction, and we receive only your name, email, and confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Womb letters are sent through Resend, our email service. Other communications may be sent through our platform's built-in email. We use these services to reach you — we do not share your information with them for their own purposes.

Consultation bookings are scheduled through Google Calendar. Your appointment time and the details you provide are shared with Google Calendar so we can manage the schedule.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone who does not need it to fulfill your request.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the services you've asked for. If you leave the Womb, your subscription is deactivated but your record may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may unsubscribe from the Womb at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing info@nikkiandrade.com. Your statutory rights under applicable data protection laws remain unaffected.

The Studio. Artwork is offered as described on each piece's page. Availability, format, price, and delivery method vary and are stated on the individual work. The Studio is currently in private preview; not all pieces shown are available for purchase.

Consultations. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and managed through Google Calendar. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Womb. The Womb is a weekly letter subscription. Anyone who completes the questionnaire may subscribe. We reserve the right to remove subscribers who violate the spirit of the space.

Seed experiences. Each Seed experience is offered as described on its page. Participation in a Seed experience does not constitute a financial investment in Nikki Andrade LLC unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Sueños. Access to the Sueños journal is offered as described on the Sueños page, subject to the terms stated there.

This website and all its content are provided as-is. Nikki Andrade LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

These terms may change. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Studio — Digital Artwork

All digital art purchases are final.

This is not an object you can disrespect. It is love, and if this love is not meant for you, perhaps it was meant for someone else. Gift it to someone who might find a little love in it.

If your file is damaged, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us so we can make things right. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Consultations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

A Studio purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to enjoy the work. You may gift a digital artwork purchase to one recipient. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the work beyond that single gift.

Nikki Andrade, Nikki Andrade Studio, Sophia's House, Sueños, Wild You, and related names are used as brand names by Nikki Andrade LLC.
